About Service

Finding the right care starts at the first meeting

We will briefly discuss your situation on the phone, then set up a time to meet.

We will come out to your home to meet with you and do an intake. We will review the assisted person’s medical history, current medications, environment and current level of function. Together we will form a care plan and help you decide the right level of care. You will then be given a list of candidates that match your needs. You then interview the candidates and hire whoever matches your preferences.

For Caregivers

An interview is conducted via phone or zoom. We discuss your experience, rate, desired hours and location and ideal patient. You provide copies of pertinent materials such as

  • certificate

  • license

  • insurance

  • driver’s license

  • CPR card

  • Covid Vaccination card

    up to client, not mandated by ECS

  • 2 references

You complete your background check. Once you are fully vetted you will have access to job opportunities in the area.
