"Late last year 2021, my 77 year old father broke both of his hips and spent 2 months in the hospital/rehabilitation facilities. When it was time to get out I had no idea what to do. I saw a post on Facebook from Empowering Care Solutions where they specialize in this predicament. I didn’t know what to expect and wasn’t sure how to accommodate all the requirements for his discharge. Between sleeping arrangements, safety accommodations in his home and the daily care he would need. After a call to Lisa, she met with the social worker there and advocated on our behalf, then came to the house and made many recommendations for how to make the house more comfortable for him. He wanted to go home badly and with only a few day's notice she was able to put a team of nurses/aides together so he didn’t have to stay longer than needed. Still to this day, we have 3 aides taking great care of him and his companion. They are very honest and caring and I feel very comfortable knowing they are there with him.
